Cousins

Luke's cousins came up for a visit this last weekend and although the weather was a little on the wet side they still had a blast. Luke copies everything his big cousin Wyatt does!

Just wanted everyone to know Luke is in big boy undies now. We started potty training last Monday. He is doing pretty good, he tells us most of the time when he has to go. He has an accident here and there when he is too busy playing or watching a movie he has seen 10 million times. Here's a pic in his cars undies.

Birthday

It was Luke's birthday January 14 so I brought cupcakes to his class. Looks like everyone enjoyed them. We also had a quiet celebration at home that night.

What a Relief

The holidays are over. We are trying to get back to normal, well as normal as we can be. We had a great Christmas! Here's what we have been up to the last month. Fyi we found out we are having another boy.

Here are some pics from our ski trip in Red River. It was really nice there it is actually located in Carson National Forest. Unfortunately I did not get to ski because I'm pregnant but Shane did. He threw his back out the first day but was able to recover so he could ski the last day so that was good. I watch him ski a little and he did a good job, he was even able to use my brother as a cushion to his fall;)

Merry Christmas!

On a final note Luke has been a little sick. I took him to the ER last Sunday his temperature was really high. They told us he had RSV, it's like a really bad bronchitis and it looked like he had pneumonia. They sent us home with some antibiotics and breathing treatment, well on Thursday he didn't seem to be any better. When I took him back to the doctor Luke had developed 2 ear infections so they decided to admit him to the hospital. After a night of fluids and antibiotics he looked better. He didn't much like just having to lay in bed but once he found out how to work the bed he was having a good ole time. He's feeling much better now hopefully he will be 100% by Christmas.

We actually ventured out on black Friday, my first. Luke took a ride in a train in the mall he loved it.

Oh wow I'm so slow about updating this. Well we haven't been too busy since Halloween just trying to get some fun Christmas things in. First off I took Luke up to see the trains at Northpark and he loved them. This is him drinking a smoothie after the first trip. And then we went back when aunt Meggan visited.
